You are the heart of your family.

Parenting with connection takes heart.

Raising a sensitive kid with big behaviors?

Your gut tells you they—or you—need something different.

You’re finding your way.
I trust your gut.

Meet MereAnn

I'm a parent, too. I’ve been running parent groups for 8 years and love mentoring families to figure out new strategies for BIG behaviors and creating more connection with your kids.

As a preschool and elementary mama, I felt stuck. I was overwhelmed by the constancy of parenting, I struggled with feeling isolated, and I didn’t know how to show up for both my needs and my child’s. At times I was shocked by how challenging parenthood felt, and I’m a trained therapist and teacher!

I reached out for the support I desperately needed and discovered a path of conscious, compassionate parenting that helped me feel seen and heard. Sharing my struggles and finding a community of solid, honest support was a game-changer!

I learned to listen to myself, unpack my child’s off-track behavior, and get really clear about how everyone in our family could get their needs met.

I found strategies to help me stay connected to myself and access self-compassion, even in the midst of STRESS! I learned how to be fully me as a parent.

I want to help you tune into your needs and decipher what’s behind the meltdowns and mega-power struggles. I don't want you to stay stuck or build resentment while you’re running on empty!

My greatest goal is to help you follow your instincts and tap into your good thinking.

Resources + Mentors

My mentors are some of the most whole-hearted parents and thoughtful family advocates I know. These folks have influenced how I see kids’ behavior and the essential power of making sure parents have solid support.
